Class Descriptions
Level I: Students can begin anytime. Most appropriate for those who are new to Iyengar Yoga, need a refresher course, or enjoy a
slower paced class.

Level I & II: A blend of both levels. Most appropriate for those who have some foundation in yoga and are ready to move at a
quicker pace.

Level II: Slightly faster paced. Includes learning beginning shoulder & head stands.

Level II & III: Intermediate classes are offered at our Intermediate workshops.

Workshops: All levels & intermediate.
