Intro to Pranayama

Learn proper set-ups and techniques of yogic breath. Pranayama is the 4th limb in the 8 limbs of yoga. The benefits from Pranayama are stress reduction, anxiety relief, better breathing and a sense of well being.

Yoga Studies Class with Kim Imlay

With Kim’s intuitive teaching and over 20 years of experience she will  inspire you to begin a home practice or help to enhance your existing one. Yoga Studies includes tips on refining your poses, pranayama, Q&A and introduction to Yoga Stutras.

Restorative Yoga

Restorative yoga relieves fatigue, boost the immune system and can help with minor aches and pains. These asanasa/poses help to obtain sound sleep and peace of mind, all with the use of props.
