Restorative Yoga Prop Circuit

Saturdays | Led by Jill Keltner

“Props help to perform the asana with ease. The student learns asana faster on props as the brain remains passive. Through the passive brain, one learns to be alert in body and mind. Props are a guide to self-learning.” — BKS Iyengar

Jill Keltner will introduce the implementation of props in her unique way by using a circuit format. She will teach how to use each prop so students can discover the benefits of restorative yoga, to create more space for quieting the mind and building awareness.

Mr. Iyengar spent years refining yoga through the use of different props that he created. Experience the benefits of these props during this circuit of supported restorative poses.
