Yoga for Beginners: An Introduction to Yoga

This class is great for anyone that believes you have to be flexible to do yoga. It’s also for those who have never done yoga before, or have done yoga in the past and need a refresher course.

In this class you will learn:

  • The foundational poses that build strength, stamina and flexibility
  • The correct way to use props that help you attain the postures with out injury
  • Poses that teach you how to relax the body and mind to bring  balance to your life.

Fee includes:

  • 4 Thursday Night Classes
  • 5:30-6:30 pm
  • In-Studio only
  • Plus unlimited level 1 and level 1-2 classes
    in-studio only
  • A total of 15 classes for the month of February
  • This course is for new students only *limited to 10 people*
  • Class begins February 3
