Calming the Storm Within Part 2
Yoga for Autoimmune Disorder All levels
In this workshop we will explore how Yoga can benefit those of us with autoimmune disorders. Those of us with healthy immune systems can learn how to keep them healthy and have a better understanding of what our friends and family members are going through when their bodies are under attack. We will move through a sequence of poses that “calm the storm within”.
It is our hope that these poses can be used as tools at home when your body and mind are in distress to keep you healthy and happy.

Relaxation and Pranayama
Relaxation and Pranayama helps relieves fatigue, boost the immune system and can help with minor aches and pains. These asanas/poses help to obtain sound sleep and peace of mind, all with the use of props. This class is suitable for all levels*
