SDYS is Moving to 2611 Denver Street! Classes begin MARCH 31!

2025 is the Year of the Snake it represents wisdom, renewal, transformation, and growth. Russ and I are excited to shed our skin and move the studio to a new location.

The new location presented itself to us with the help of Holly Brock from RE/Max Pacific.

The best part is it’s still in Bay Park, only a few blocks away at 2611 Denver Street. The new location has parking on a first-come, first-served basis, parking at the church next door (but not on Sundays, of course), and off-street parking. It also has a few handicapped spots, heating and air conditioning, and a back door for safety and cross ventilation.

Russ and I believe the change will be a boon to all of us. The energy of the property has more of a wellness vibe with a hair salon, Thai massage, and a coffee shop. Those are our new neighbors.

Russ and I are over the moon and feel lucky to have found a place, with the help of Holly, to continue serving Bay Park, Clairemont, and San Diego with quality Yoga taught in the style of  BKS Iyengar.

We plan to make this a very smooth transition with little or no class interruptions.

So! All Hands on Deck! If anyone would like to volunteer and help demo a wall, put in the new floor, transfer and install the rope wall, and move items we would appreciate the help.

We will be in the new location on March 31! 
4134 Napier Street has served us well but it’s time for new beginnings.
