SDYS CLASS SCHEDULE AND DESCRIPTIONS

We are looking forward to in-person classes in the space we love.
We will be following the State of California guidelines for reopening.

Class sizes will be smaller, and a mask must be worn in the studio at all times.

All safety protocols are the same.

Bring your own mat and blankets if you have them blocks and chairs provided towels to cover props will be provided if you choose to use the studio props. We look forward to seeing you in-person at the studio soon!

Monday 

9:00 – 10:00 am — Levels 1-2
5:30 – 6:30 pm — All Levels

Tuesday

9:00 – 10:00 am — Levels 1-2

Wednesday

9:00 – 10:00 am —All Levels
5:30 – 6:30 pm — Level 2

Thursday

9:00 – 10:00 am — Levels 1-2

Saturday

9:00 – 10:00 am — Level 2
10:15 – 11:15 am — Level 1

Sunday

5:00 – 6:00 pm — Levels 1-2

Class Descriptions

All regularly scheduled classes may be started at any time.

Level I

Most appropriate for those who are new to Yoga, need a refresher course, or would like a slower-paced class.

Level I & 2

Appropriate for those who have some foundation in Yoga of any style. Includes learning the foundations of shoulder and head stands.

Level 2

This class is for intermediate and advanced students. It is faster paced and includes regular practice of inversions.


Level 2 & 3

For intermediate and advanced students who wish to challenge themselves with more advanced poses.

Recommended experience level varies. See descriptions on Courses page.

Action is movement with intelligence. The world is filled with movement. What the world needs is more conscious movement, more action.
