Yoga with a Chair
Tuesday & Thursday | 11:00 am – 12:00 pm
Saturday | 10:45 – 11:45 am
Yoga with a Chair is series of classic yoga poses done with the assistance of a chair to better your alignment. Standing poses, Seated poses, Twist, Inverted poses and Back Extensions. This class is suitable for students with some yoga experience to advanced students.
Students returning from being absent from practice or recovering form injury will find it beneficial as it is a slower pace.
Vinyasa Flow
Sunday | 5:00 – 6:00 pm
San Diego Yoga studio is excited to have Annika join the crew at SDYS.
Annika is a Yoga teacher from Germany. She will be teaching a guided Vinyasa flow class that connects the breath and movement. Her classes focus on alignment, mindfulness, and creating a welcome space where students of all levels feel energized and supported.

Ahimsa is the practice of kindness toward ourselves and others—physically, mentally, and through our words, both on and off the mat.
• Discussion on Ahimsa in daily life
• Asana practice exploring self-talk and awareness
• Learning to use props with compassion (even when the ego resists)
• Meditation, self-reflection, and group conversation
• Applying yogic tools beyond the mat
Workshop 4: Satya
Truthfulness October 25
Practicing truthfulness with ourselves builds emotional resilience and self-trust. This workshop uses Satya to help navigate difficult emotions and recover from setbacks with compassion.
